Dynamic Calendar with multiple table data

Our take

Creating a dynamic monthly calendar that integrates data from four separate tables is a great way to manage client follow-ups effectively. Each table can represent clients needing contact at different intervals: 1 day, 30 days, 60 days, and 90 days. By color-coding these clients—such as blue for those due in 30 days and orange for 60 days—you can quickly identify priorities at a glance.

Hi I'm trying to create a single monthly calendar that pulls in data from 4 separate tables.

The tables need to be separated to keep clients that need followed up with 1. Now, 2. 30 days 3. 60 days 4. 90 days.

Is it possible to color coordinate that to the calendar as well? I.e. clients in blue need contacted in 30 days; clients in orange need contacted in 60 days etc.

I've made a dynamic Calendar and can get 1 table of data in the calendar working, but not multiple tables.

Any help would be appreciated! I need to present to my boss Friday morning.

Apologies...this is my first time posting

I tried to add the screenshots to the post, but it kept deleting them. So I added them in the comments.

I would like the 4 tables to add to the calendar. They may be the same names, so that's why I would like to color code according to which table they are from.
