I'm looking for tips how to enter and visualise data entries as easy as possible

Our take

Are you looking to enhance your Excel training tracker and simplify data entry while visualizing your progress? Streamlining your logbook layout can significantly improve your tracking experience. Consider using features like drop-down lists for easy entry, conditional formatting for quick insights, and pivot tables for summarizing data. To avoid scrolling, try a dashboard view that consolidates key metrics and graphs in one place. Embrace these strategies to make your data entry seamless and your insights more accessible, empowering your tracking journey.

I am using excel as a training tracker and I'm out of ideas of how to make a good logbook/layout.

i don't know how to make the data summarise in graphs AND be as easy to enter into a scaling dated spreadsheet. preferably i don't want to scroll to the side/ down to the date to do an entry. but as shown below is what i already have.

I'm open for ideas and system for sorting.
