Moving an array of cells automatically

Our take

Managing a dynamic agenda in Excel can be challenging, especially when you need to shift text cells down each week. While formulas might seem like a quick fix, they can complicate your ability to edit tasks directly in those cells. Fortunately, there are straightforward methods to move your selected cells down by seven rows without relying on formulas. Let’s explore some effective techniques that will streamline your process and make your agenda management more efficient, ensuring your tasks stay organized and easily accessible.

HI, so I'm trying to make an agenda in excel, and now I'm left with the issue of having to move all the cells with text down by 7 each week (don't ask why). Literally how do I do this?? I'd rather not use a formula, because i need to write tasks in those same cells. The internet has been no help either.
