Need a way to get avg times for different factors.

Our take

If you're navigating the challenges of limited resources at your new company, finding a way to calculate average build completion times can feel daunting. Using Excel, you can effectively analyze the performance of different models and trims built by various team members. For instance, if you want to compare the average completion times of Meg and Chris for model C with trim 5, there are straightforward methods to derive those insights.

I am at new company that doesn't have a lot of the resources i am used to using. We are limited to just excel at the moment. I am trying to get the average build complete times for different models with different trims, built by different people but i am not having a lot of luck. I would like to have the average build complete time by each person so i can make a few graphs for the dashboard. So if Meg and Chris both build model C with trim 5 what is that avg time together and to compare against each other.
