Source document randomly pops up while using Power Query

Why is it that when I am working in power query the source document randomly pops up? I can’t make edits in power query when that happens and I can figure out how to close the source document without having to exit power query first.

- PowerQuery Opens Files on RefreshI've been using PowerQuery for a couple years now and have never experienced this issue. For context, this query wasn't complex to begin with. It loads one tab from 20-30 documents found within a folder on a shared drive. No transformations to the raw data, other than promoting headers. Even recreated the document from scratch while troubleshooting. Whenever I go to Refresh in the document, it begins opening reports from the folder at random. Doesn't appear to follow a pattern, just randomly. Not all of them, just whichever ones it feels like opening. It does eventually refresh but takes forever and I have to close out of 10-15 reports while it does. It will also begin opening documents while I'm editing in PowerQuery and prompt that I cannot close the window while in PowerQuery. Is this a new bug during an update?
