Stacked bar chart with multiple items

Our take

Creating a stacked bar chart that combines multiple items can enhance your data visualization significantly. By placing the months on the X-axis and the total numbers on the Y-axis, you can effectively stack Active and Non-Active data by versions—such as Forecast, Budget 2026, and Q2 Snapshot—within each month. This approach consolidates your insights into a single, coherent chart rather than managing three separate ones. Let’s explore how to format your data to achieve this ideal stacked chart for clearer analysis and presentation.

Need some help formatting above into 1 stacked chart if possible:

X-axis: just the months

Y-axis: the total numbers

Stack the Active and Non-Actives on top of each other by versions ie. Forecast, Budget 2026, Q2 Snapshot and each of these would fall into a month

I can do this with 3 different charts but I want to combine them into one
