Trying to find a way to make a grocery list with a table with many blank spaces I've made but no idea how to even begin

I've created this chart in order to determine the cost of the dishes I make. I have another sheet that has drop down boxes of all the dishes in the list and I'd like to be able to, when a dish is selected in the drop down box, give me a list of the ingredients it uses then collect those ingredients in a simple list for grocery shopping.
I have no idea how I might do this, I feel there must be a way to tell the program to look at the fact that there is a piece of info connecting the dish and the ingredient and produce the ingredient but I don't know what that would be.

- Formula Shopping List GeneratorI'm trying to create an automated meal planner and then based on the options I choose for the week to generate a shopping list. Everything is working apart from the fact I can't work out how to actually generate a list which would consolidate the options, aggregate numbers and provide me with a simple list. I've attached a screenshot which shows the formula im using (which is working) But it's then how I use that data to then create the consolidated list. List of recipes I've made and liked in column A, all the ingredients used across them all in row 1 , the amounts of each ingredient that goes into a specific recipe in the cell that corresponds. This is more of a fun project that may be handy for me later, it's not a huge deal if I can't do what I want but it sure would make it easier if I can since this is becoming a pretty big table. What I would like to be able to do is click on a recipe name in column A, and have Excel or Google Sheets hide every cell that does not specify the ingredient needed and the amount needed for that recipe. - Making recipe tree chart but having trouble formatting and automating itElectronic circuits recipe broken down and put into this weird format chat gpt recommended me 😭 The way I have formatted it for actual use (note that I don't know quite how to make it look readable and nice even for myself) Ok so basically I'm trying to make a sheet that will show an items recipe (this is a video game) and the recipe steps, the requirements I'm trying to meet are to have it be dynamic as more efficient ways of producing something (like making plates at a 1 to 1 instead of 3 to 2 for example) become available, and some sort of autofill where if I type like Red alloy cable it knows what makes up that material and will enter that down for me. I'm also wondering what format I should be using, because at the moment you can't tell (at least in the 2nd photo) which materials make up another at a glance. (I'm not sure if this follows the subs rules of not posting to learn excel, but I did check out the link associated with it for a good 30 mins and couldn't find the perfect answer I was looking for) anyway yeah any help is really REALLY appreciated I've been struggling for most of the day xD.
