How do I disable the autofit setting in Excel? It is messing with all of my maps

Hi, today I saw a TikTok about how to autofit columns width in Excel. I thought that it was a great idea and I followed the instructions.

But because of the autofit, all of my texts are stretching all the way to the right, which is VERY annoying to read.

But I can’t figure out how to reverse this, so help me please!
