Switched to a gel moisturiser and my skin feels.... different?

I recently tried one of those sorbet-type moisturisers (light gel texture) because my regular cream felt too heavy in this weather.

First impression: absorbs way faster, no greasy layer. But I’m still figuring out if it’s enough hydration long-term.

Anyone else made the switch from creams to gel moisturisers? Did it work for you?
