How do I look prettier

Recently I found texts from my boyfriend to his friend about how I’m unphotogenic. He had sent pictures that I thought looked good but I suppose I was wrong. I’ve had a lot of issues with being confident in my looks as I hold a lot of face fat and I’m a shorter person. Im insecure about a lot of things and I realize that I just want to feel pretty. Im not asking for people to give me relationship advice because I’ve left him. I just want to feel attractive.
