where do you go for less revealing statement pieces?

hi friends! i'm a preschool teacher who loves eclectic, maximalist fashion. i am JUST starting to have extra money to buy quality statement pieces. i love bright colors and mixing colors/patterns. however, i've noticed that many of these types of garments are either more revealing than what i can wear in the classroom or not practical enough to wear in that setting (think ballgowns or platform jelly sandals). does anyone know where i can get fun pieces that a.) don't cost a ton b.) are still highish quality (not shein) and c.) meet the concerns listed above? thanks so much in advance!!
