What’s the best makeup remover for super strong water proof mascara?

My waterproof mascara is so strong that no matter what I do it just doesn’t come off without damaging or even taking out some of my lashes with it. What’s a good remover option that will allow me to remove the mas ara without any damage to natural lashes?
