Your First Model Deployed in Production Doesn't Have to Be Perfect

Deploying a model that doesn't deliver the promised improvements is a tough lesson, but the way your manager handled it, public shaming in standup, followed by telling you it's all on you, says more about the culture than your abilities. For a junior with one year of experience, this level of pressure is not normal. Mistakes in production happen; the real failure is a team that leaves you isolated, then blames you for gaps no one helped you catch.
