Navigating arXiv and Double-Blind Review at ICLR

The tension between arXiv preprints and double-blind review is real, and this PhD student's frustration is entirely valid. This doesn't mean pre-printing is wrong, establishing priority matters. But the current system asks authors to navigate conflicting incentives.
