When Your Six AI Models Think Like Just Two

Ask six different AI models the same question, take a vote, and you might get far fewer independent opinions than you think. One formula reveals the true count, and we tested it across six open models on 1,500 exam questions. The result: your six models behave more like two. That matters when you are paying for diverse reasoning. For a deeper look at how models make mistakes, see our coverage of how a small model's reasoning shifts when fed a planted clue.
