Pull text-based data across sheets with smarter cross-sheet referencing

Tracking a moving text value across multiple sheets is a common friction point in traditional spreadsheets, and it shouldn't require a workaround. Your approach of using XLOOKUP combined with VSTACK is conceptually right; the #NUMBER error likely stems from mismatched data types in your columns. For a cleaner solution, consider consolidating your three location sheets into a single table using Power Query. This simplifies cross-sheet referencing and ensures your formula always returns the most recent entry.
