Simplify Overtime Tracking Across Confusing Pay Periods

Tracking overtime when the work week straddles a pay period is a classic spreadsheet puzzle, and it's one that trips up many people. Your setup is clear, and the key is to anchor your formula to the Sunday-to-Saturday work week, not the pay period dates. By using a helper column to identify the work week's end date for each day worked, you can sum overtime per week and then assign it to the correct paycheck. This approach keeps your data accurate and your sanity intact.
