Stop Your Weekly Hours Total from Resetting Every Day

It's frustrating when a formula seems right but the spreadsheet just won't cooperate. Your =SUM(J8,J13,J18,J23,J28) is likely fine; the real issue is that Excel treats time as a 24-hour cycle, so totals exceeding that reset. You need brackets around the format: try **[hh]:mm** instead of **hh:mm**. That tells the sheet to keep counting past 24 hours. It's a small tweak with a big impact.
