Can’t seem to do exponential trending

Our take

It sounds like you're encountering a common challenge when working with scatterplot graphs in Excel, particularly when trying to add an exponential trend line alongside a linear one. While the linear trend line is functioning well, the exponential trend line may not be displaying due to specific settings or data configurations. Don’t worry; this is a learning opportunity. Let’s explore how to correctly set up your exponential trend line to ensure it projects accurately over the next decade.

I am trying to do a scatterplot graph with one trend line being linear and one exponential, having both forwarded by 10 years. The linear trend line works fine and projects but when i try to do exponential for the second one, it just disappears but linear seems to work fine. if needed i’m happy to supply photos and im sorry if the information is unclear i am very new to excel. Thanks!
