We need one (hopefully) simple thing. Essentially, we have a dataset that we want to flag column A with a highlighted color if anything in that row is a color. - Why is my Custom Conditional Formatting not working?So I am trying to highlight green a spreadsheet of House information. I want all houses that have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms to be highlighted green. The bedroom data starts from E2 and the bathroom data starts from F2 So I have used this exact formula =AND($E2=3, $F2=2) and selected the cells that return this data to be highlighted green with bold text. But when I click okay on the custom conditional formatting rule nothing happens. Nothing is highlighted green although I clearly see houses that meet my ‘highlight green’ criteria on the spreadsheet. - Conditional Formatting to highlight time for 24 hours (different for each cell)I would like the cells to be highlighted in red if it exceeds 24 hours based on the time and date in the individual cell. It is a large data set and it is preferable to not amend the formula in each cell individually. For example, column L has the cells where I want the cells to be highlighted if they exceed 24 hours however each cell as a different time; L2 is Mar 20, 2026, 10:25:21 PM and L3 is Mar 20, 2026, 7:00:01 AM. I’m working on a project for work and I’m running into an issue that I can’t solve. I work for housekeeping at a large property and we will, from time to time, shuffle around housekeepers and move their areas. I’m trying to use conditional formatting to highlight cells that resemble the different areas the housekeepers can be assigned as green once someone assigns that section to a housekeeper so they know the area is covered. So far, I’ve tried using =[Range of Cells that has a Data Validation drop list of different sections]={Name of Section from Data Validation Table} with the “Apply To” range being 4 cells several columns over from the Section Selection range. The group of cells will only highlight when the Section name is in the first cell of the range but no others.
