how to do conditional formatting by text in bulk?

Our take

Conditional formatting by text in bulk can significantly enhance your spreadsheet's visual appeal and clarity. If you have a column with multiple categories, such as "apples," and want to assign distinct colors to each category, you can streamline the process. Instead of formatting each row individually, you can set up rules that automatically apply colors based on the text in your chosen column. This method not only saves time but also ensures consistency across your data, making it easier to analyze at a glance.

i have a column with 7 categories, and i want to make each catagory its own color, for example if we have apples i want the whole row to be the red, i know i can do it one by one, but that would be a pain in the ass, is there an option that makes the conditions and i just pick the color for each?
