Power Query Ordering .csv files in rows instead of columns (left to right instead of top to bottom) while maintaining table format.

Our take

If you're looking to streamline the process of merging over 100 CSV files using Power Query for your university assignment, you're not alone. Many users encounter challenges when attempting to reorder data from a vertical to a horizontal layout without losing the integrity of their table format. While transposing data can sometimes seem like the solution, it may not achieve the desired effect.

I'm quite new to power query and have 100+ .csv files I need to merge into excel for a uni assignment. I have done and know how to do it manually, however over 100 is too many and would take me hours, hence why I want to use power query.

I am aware that you can transpose all the data, turning columns into rows and vice-versa, but I do not want to swap the columns and rows, I would just like the tables to be ordered left to right maintaining row and column format. I tried transposing after transforming but before combining the files, however it seems it will only let you expand by column.

Any Help would be much appreciated :)
