Subtotal duration on a spread sheet
Our take
If you're looking to analyze your truck's idling time effectively, calculating subtotals for each vehicle change in your spreadsheet is key. By summing the duration formatted as HH:MM:SS, you can gain valuable insights into idling patterns. This approach not only enhances your understanding of operational efficiency but also supports informed decision-making. With the right formula, you can streamline this process, allowing you to focus on improving productivity. Let’s explore how to set up those subtotals seamlessly in your spreadsheet.
I have a spreadsheet that lists how much time a truck was idling. Each event is listed in it's own row, formatted as HH:MM:SS. I want to run a subtotal where each change in vehicle it adds up how much total time the truck was idling. Any help would be appreciated.
