Table doesn't alternate colors for a certain number of lines, any ideas why?

I made a table, and it worked great, I initially expanded it to reach something like 350 lines. Now I was getting closer to reaching the end of it, so I expanded it again. But this happened.
So I went back, shrunk the table to the last line I filled in (about 220) and tried again, thinking it was an issue with the already existing cells. But I expand it to the 1000th line and I still get the same non alternating lines. This span is the only place where this happens.
As a test I tried to create another table next to it, and it doesn't have the same issue
Any idea on why this could be happening? I almost never use excel and I mainly go off of intuition most of the time, I looked online and I can't find this issue anywhere else.

- Negatives in Red in a "Format as Table"I have a document that I have used "Format as Table" so each row is a different color. I want to make it so that when a number is negative, it turns red. I thought I was able to do that with conditional formatting, but I just now realized it makes the background of all the cells white, even those in the row that is colored. Any way to fix this? I already tried formatting the cells using the number format "0.00%;[Red]-0.00%", but still having the same issue. Any ideas on how to get this to work the way I want it to? I really want don't want to have to manually format as a table (different color every other row). - Excel seems to think cell isn't big enough so 2 digit number looks crazy, no adjustment fixes issueI have multiple sheets that add together to make a total on the first page. Easy. The numbers are small - 3, 5, 10, nothing big. On the totals sheet, all the two digit sums are wrapped so that they are very small. I do not have wrapped text on but when I DO wrap the text, it stops wrapping them BUT there's this giant space between the two digits like "1 0" for 10. I tried everything I could think of - rewriting the formula as a SUM function (rather than this sheet + this sheet + this sheet), making sure each cell is formatted as a number, running "text to column" on each column of data, switching the font, switching the font size, changing the column size manually, double clicking on the columns to have them auto size, turning off shrink to fit, turning on shrink to fit again after, playing with the alignment.... Does anyone know what is going on and how I can solve it? Adding images (w/ some edits for privacy for my company).
