How do you vary colors of bar graph by day of the week?

Are you looking to vary the colors of your bar graph in Excel by day of the week? It’s a common challenge that many users face when trying to enhance their visual data presentation. While Excel offers a "vary colors by point" option, it often defaults to a limited palette that may not suit your needs.
I feel really stupid for this because I am searching all over and not seeing answers for this. Like is this a basic option I am missing that is so obvious nobody asks it?
Basically I have a bar graph for data points throughout the year, I want something like Mondays red, tuesdays blue, wednesdays green, etc etc
The option to "vary colors by point" seems to alternate every 14 or so colors and there doesn't seem to be a way to change the interval, that I can tell.
Obviously I can manually change colors but this is excel and there has gotta be a way to alternate that rather than do it for each individual point. Especially since I have multiple "yearly" charts I'd like to do this for.

- Centering a bar graph data based on horizontal axis categories rather than by series.I don't know if this is the kind of question normally posed to this community and it is largely aesthetic, but here goes. I am making a graph for data that had technical replicates for each gene (A, B, and C). The genes (102 pqm1, 102 N2, and 96 N2) are on the horizontal axis and are the major category for the graph. Some replicates had a value of '0', which I do want to represent on the graph. The issue that one replicate (102 N2, C) failed and was removed from the data set, but even if I don't include that empty cell in the selection box for the series, Excel centers that category around the second series in that category. - Create scatter plot that changes colors based on value?Hi again all, I'm trying to create a tracking system of our past due customers. I'm creating daily data that fits these catgegories as follows: Dark Blue: 0-500 Light Blue 501-1000 Dark Green 1001-1500 Light Green 1501-2000 Yellow 2001-2500 Orange 2501-3000 Red 3001+ So today, we had 1070 Past Due Customers. I'm trying to create a scatter plot based on my data that will automatically color this point Light Green, as it fits within that range. Tomorrow if we somehow have 3500 past due customers, I'd want that point to be red. My sample isn't cutting it. Any tips/advice? - Can Excel create a visual representation of when people arrived at and left a place based on time data?I am trying to create a visual aid and was hoping Excel might work, but this is definitely above my pay grade. I have data showing when people arrived at a location, when they departed, how long they stayed, and three categories for why they left. What I have in mind is a vertical bar chart with the vertical axis showing how long they stayed, and then each bar underneath it chronologically based on arrival time. I have attached a drawing showing what I have in my head. As a bonus, there are three different reasons for why people left.
