Printing merged columns separatly ?

Hey everyone, I need your expertise! I have a file with approximately 600 columns and 400 rows, and I want to print blocks of columns separately while keeping column A each time. My goal is to print column A alongside all data for each user, from USER A to USER B, and so on, but the number of columns varies by user—some have two, while others have six. With around 180 users to print, doing this manually would be quite tedious. Any suggestions?

Here a sample of the file (fictionnal data) :
I want to print column A with everything from USER A, then column A with everything from USER B... until the end of my table. The thing is, there is no "standard" columns number for each users. Some have only two columns, other 6.
I have around 180 users to print, so doing it manually will be a bit painful. Any idea ?
