Sorting isn't working properly

It doesn't matter if I sort largest to smallest from the Data tab or Home tab, this is the outcome. Simlar when sorting from smallest to largest.

I've already formatted the column as numbers.

What could be the problem?

Thanks in advance.

EDIT: I'm using Excel 2019, if that matters at all.
