I have an Excel file with ~7,000 employees and basic hierarchy fields (employee, manager, etc.). I’m trying to figure out if there’s any reasonable way to build a dynamic org chart in Excel — something that can expand/collapse, filter by team, or at least explore reporting structures.

Not expecting a perfect visualization at this scale, but curious if anyone had any ideas?
