I’m trying to make a box and whisker plot with log(concentration) on the y-axis for the measurement of various compounds. I want to have a group of three bars then a gap followed by another group of 3 and gap….etc. Each group of three represents one type of data point (the particular compound being measured) and then each bar is a different sampling site. I have not been able to figure out the best way to format this in Excel and make it readable. Can anyone help with this? When I enter the raw data and create a blank “Gap” series, the plot is very small and not scaled well.

I have the data set for each football league, and the ELO Rating for each club in that league. Column A = League Column B = Team Column C = ELO rating No matter what chart type I use, I cannot get the data to display like above. The closest I can get is 'Box and Whisker' and then tick 'Show Inner Points', but this still leaves the Box and the minimum/maximum values that I don't want. - How do I make different standard deviation bars for each individual graph?I calculated the Standard Deviation for each individual data set but when I go to manually input the data into the error bars it does it for every bar instead of just one.
