Excel inserts old unwanted formula. How to stop it?

for the last few weeks, every time I'm typing a formula and use a quotation mark, excel inserts a long formula that I wrote about 3 months prior. I can't find where it is stored or why it keeps popping up. any ideas? I've even contacted our IT department to see if it's coming from OneDrive or Sharepoint and they're stumped.

Any help is appreciated.
