There's a moment every Power Automate user knows: the screen hangs, the spinner spins, and suddenly the tool that promised to save time is eating it. The frustration that Power Automate user expressed is real, and it's not isolated. When you've already cleared the cache, switched networks, and restarted twice, the problem isn't your workflow. It's the platform refusing to cooperate, and that's a wall no amount of clicking will break through.

But here's what we actually think: "try everything" is not a strategy. It's a last resort disguised as diligence. The practical step isn't to keep hammering the refresh button. It's to isolate the variable. Is the issue tied to your browser's session state? Test in an incognito window. Is it tied to your account's permissions or a stale token? Log out completely, then log back in. Does it happen across devices? If it's only on your machine, the problem is local. If it's everywhere, it's tenant-side, and that points to service health or admin policies, not your cache.

What this means for you is straightforward: stop treating the symptom and start mapping the cause. Power Automate's loading screen is rarely the final destination. It's a symptom of something upstream, whether that's a corrupted browser profile, an outdated connector, or a conditional access rule quietly blocking your session. That Power Automate user mentioned changing internet connections, but didn't mention checking the environment's service health dashboard or verifying whether their organization's admin has restricted certain actions. Those are the quiet culprits that hide behind a spinning circle.

So before you call it a lost cause, work through the checklist with intent. Clear the browser data, yes, but also try a different browser entirely. Disable extensions that might be intercepting requests. Check if your organization's data gateway is online. And if none of that moves the needle, open a support ticket with the details you've already gathered. That's not admitting defeat. That's using your time wisely. The tool should bend to your workflow, not the other way around. And if it won't load, make it tell you why.

As said in the title. Power automate keeps on loading. I tried everything from removing cache, changing internet connection, restarting. Everything I can think of.
