Unify messy multi-channel sales data without manual workarounds

Managing sales data from multiple channels can feel like a daunting puzzle, especially when each source presents its information differently.

This workflow is a clear sign that you've outgrown traditional spreadsheets. Your system, four folders, four Excel files with Power Queries, and a fifth file for manual copy-paste, works, but it works against you. The manual steps are where your time disappears and where errors creep in. You already know there's a better way, because you're asking for it.

The problem isn't your logic; it's the tool. You're forcing Excel to act like a database and an ETL pipeline at the same time. Power Query is powerful for one-time transformations, but maintaining four separate files that must stay perfectly in sync is brittle. A single folder rename, a changed column header, or a new sales channel breaks the chain. The copy-paste step is the most telling: it's a manual checkpoint that shouldn't exist. Every month you repeat it, you're paying a tax in attention and accuracy.

What you need is a single source of truth that ingests all four channels directly. An AI-native spreadsheet can connect to each folder, apply the same transformations, and consolidate the data without intermediate files. You update the folders; the spreadsheet refreshes. No more copying, no more version control across five files. The technology exists to make your data work for you, not the other way around. The shift is from managing files to managing data.

Stop treating each channel as a separate project. Treat them as streams feeding one lake. Your next step is to find a tool that lets you define the transformation once and apply it across all sources automatically. That's the upgrade: less process, more insight. Your current method is a testament to your resourcefulness, but it doesn't have to be your permanent solution.

This is my approach but I'm getting stuck. I now there is a better way but I can't seem to find it.

This solution involves a loooot of manual work and I was wondering if there is any other more smooth process that would work by me just updating the sales folders every month.
