Hey guys, I need your help. At work we have this table grading the works of our interns&students (see my comment for link to the image). I would like to make cells that track the grades of the latest essays by their type.

For example, for English essays, the first tracking cell would display the grade that appears in cell R21 (6), the second tracking cell would display the grade that appears in cell O18 (5) and so on.

When another essay of that type is graded - say, for example, the one in column S - the tracking cells should update and display the grades of the latests essays that have been graded: so the first tracking cell would display the grade which is in cell O21, the second tracking cell would display the grade from cell R21, the third one would display the grade from cell O21 and so on.
